糸の染色 / Yarn Dyeing
スタンダードモデルはピュアオーガニックコットン100%の糸を使用。
G.F.G.S.オリジナルカラーは新潟県内の染工場で都度染色をおこなっています。
The standard model uses 100% pure organic cotton yarn.
The G.F.G.S. original colors are dyed at a dyeing factory located in Niigata Prefecture.
編み立て / Knitting the fabric
ご注文をいただいてから商店街ファクトリーで一着一着生地の編み立てをおこないます。
Once we receive your order, we knit each piece of fabric one by one at our factory located in the shopping street.
水洗い・整理加工 / Wash & Steam
製品洗濯後の縮みを防ぐために、生地の状態で水洗いと高圧高温蒸気をあて整えます。
水洗いは柔軟剤や硬化剤を全く使わず、一定の温度で洗うことでピュアオーガニックコットン本来の風合いを活かした柔らかさになります。
The fabric is washed in its raw state and then steamed to smooth it out.
Since the fabric is pre-shrunk through washing, there is almost no shrinkage during subsequent washing.
裁断 / Cut
柄合わせをしながら一着ずつ断裁します。
Every piece is cut by hand, with the stripes aligned perfectly.
縫製 / Sewing
長年の経験を積んだ職人が丁寧に仕上げます。
A skilled craftsman with years of experience finishes each piece with great care.
検品 / Check
プレス・検品後お客様のもとへお届けいたします。
After pressing and final inspection, we deliver the garment to our customers.
